HURRICANE BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 100 miles south of Mexico's Baja California. Forecasters are expecting that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is heading northwestward at a rate of 10 mp
